Product availability, pilot access, and commercial terms may depend on the customer, use case, and onboarding requirements.
Security, compliance, wallet, website, and payment information presented by Swisspector tools should support review and operational decision-making. It is not legal, financial, tax, investment, AML, sanctions, or security certification advice.
Scanner users may only scan websites and domains they own or are authorized to test. Attempts to bypass access controls, perform exploit testing, automate abusive traffic, or probe private areas are not permitted.
ChainGuard risk signals, wallet checks, AI summaries, and reports are decision-support outputs. They do not guarantee that a wallet, user, merchant, transaction, website, or counterparty is safe, lawful, sanctioned, unsanctioned, compliant, or non-compliant.
PayStable is a non-custodial invoice and payment-tracking tool. Users remain responsible for wallet accuracy, refunds, underpayments, overpayments, tax records, customer agreements, and compliance with laws that apply to their business and jurisdiction.
Accounts, API keys, scans, invoices, reports, or access may be limited, suspended, or removed if they create legal, security, abuse, infrastructure, sanctions, fraud, or platform risk. API usage limits, commercial terms, and pilot scope may be defined separately with each customer.
