Privacy information for Swisspector visitors.

Swisspector keeps public company pages, product information, and private operational systems separated so visitors can understand the business without exposing sensitive workflows.

Privacy approach

These pages give visitors and pilot customers a clear public reference while detailed contractual terms can be handled directly with customers when needed.

Swisspector uses privacy-aware product design. Public pages explain product capabilities, while customer workflows are handled through controlled access and appropriate operational safeguards.

Operational products may process account, workflow, wallet, website, invoice, or audit information depending on the product in use. That information should be handled with access boundaries, logging, and role-aware workflows.

ChainGuard may process wallet addresses, transaction references, risk factors, alerts, cases, notes, reports, API activity, and institution user records. Wallet addresses and transaction data can be public blockchain data, but they may still become sensitive when linked to a customer workflow.

Swisspector Scanner may process target domains, scan metadata, headers, cookies, TLS details, public files, findings, remediation notes, ownership verification evidence, and report records. Scanner users should only submit domains they own or are authorized to test.

PayStable may process account email, display name, saved receiving wallets, invoice details, payment status, webhook settings, API key prefixes, and operational logs. PayStable is non-custodial and does not need private keys or seed phrases.

Analytics may be used to understand public website performance. Service records may be retained for security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, billing, auditability, and product operation. Visitors can use the contact page for privacy, access, deletion, or product questions.
